If you are satisfied with the color of our products, you only need to provide us with your LOGO file, and our design team will send the renderings to you for confirmation as soon as possible. After confirmation, we will conduct production proofing. Here The information you need to confirm before is the following.

1. The quantity of products you need.
a) Under normal circumstances, the minimum order quantity of our customized products is 1000 sets (one set contains three resistance bands of different colors and different weights.).
b) The unit price of the product will be slightly adjusted according to the specific quantity. For the specific adjustment plan, please contact our sales staff.
2. You need to pay 30% of the total amount of the goods as a deposit.
3. The delivery time of our products is 60 days, but under normal circumstances, it can be shipped in about 45 days. Considering the influence of various factors, the specific delivery time we can guarantee is 60 days.

DESIGN YOUR UNIQUE COLOR

1. about the choice of color

Each resistance band is limited to three colors, including the main color A, the auxiliary color D, and the auxiliary color E. In general, our set of products contains three resistance bands, of which the auxiliary colors D and E cannot be replaced, so you only need to You need to send us the Pantone color numbers of five colors (main colors A, B, C, auxiliary colors D, E), and we will provide up to six color combinations for you to choose. for example:

a) Main color A + auxiliary color D + auxiliary color E (the following main colors will be replaced by A, B, C, and auxiliary colors by D, E)
b) B+D+E
c) C+D+E
d) A+B+C
e) A+B+D
f) A+C+F
You need to choose three sets of these color combinations for your product color.

2. About the cost of proofing
We will charge a sample fee of $1000.
It includes the product transportation fee, which can ensure that the samples we make will be delivered to your country as soon as possible.
3. About proofing time
Usually the sample time is one month. Because of the difference in color and the current pressure of product ordering, there may be an error of ±10 days, and it will not exceed 45 days at the latest.
4. About color proximity
Due to the characteristics of the product material, there may be a 20% difference between the color you choose and the final product color. Because our products are completed by machine + manual work, the pattern of every two resistance bands of the same weight cannot be exactly the same, only the same color can be guaranteed.
5. About the delivery time of bulk goods
When you receive the sample and confirm the order, we will arrange the production, usually the lead time for bulk goods is around 60 days.

PRODUCT ORDERING NOTES

1. If you are not satisfied with the proofed products, we will conduct a free secondary proofing. If you are still not satisfied with the second proofing, we will refund the $300 proofing fee.
2. Because our products are handmade products, we cannot guarantee that the pattern of each resistance band is exactly the same, only the uniformity of the color can be guaranteed. If you have any objection to this, please customize it carefully. Otherwise, any loss arising therefrom shall be borne by you.
3. If you are not satisfied with the two customized solutions we provide, we also provide more in-depth customization. You only need to provide the effect you want, and we will make a set of cooperation solutions according to the actual situation.
